1. How to Enter: You may enter the Unwind with Wave Hawaiian Getaway Sweepstakes™ from 12:01 a.m., Central Time, on September 1, 2009 to 7:59 p.m., Central Time, on February 28, 2010 ("Sweepstakes Period"). By entering, entrant agrees to join the “Wave Special Offers” list, if entrant is not already a member. By joining the “Wave Special Offers” list, you consent to receive by U.S. Postal mail and/or e-mail special promotional offerings from Wave, the Sponsor. Membership is complimentary and you may opt out at any time.

To enter by phone: During the Sweepstakes Period, call, toll free, 1-866-928-9283. Entrants will be required to provide their name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), date of birth and day and evening phone numbers (including area codes). Phone lines will be open Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. through 11 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, from 8 a.m. through 8 p.m. Central Time, during the Sweepstakes Period. All phone entries must be received by 7:59 p.m. Central Time on Febuary 28, 2010. Note, some entries may be received through alternate phone numbers; all entries are equally eligible to win.

To enter by regular mail: During the Sweepstakes Period, handprint your name, street address (no PO Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, day and evening phone numbers (including area code), date of birth, and valid e-mail address, if any, on a pre-printed registration form found at participating retailers or on a 3" x 5" card, and mail it in a standard, #10 business-size envelope to: Unwind with Wave Hawaiian Getaway Sweepstakes™, P.O. Box 5310 Clinton, IA 52736-5310. All mail-in entries must be post-marked by March 1, 2010 and received by March 5, 2010. No mechanically reproduced entries allowed.

To enter on-line: During the Sweepstakes Period, access www.wavecigarettes.com (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions to submit an entry. Entrant must provide his/her name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, day and evening phone numbers (including area code), date of birth, e-mail address, username, and password. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All on-line entries must be transmitted and received by 7:59 p.m. Central Time on February 28, 2010. Automated methods of entry are prohibited.

Proof of mailing or online submission of entry does not constitute proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor. No other attempted form of entry will be accepted. By entering, entrants agree to and acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and agree to waive all rights and remedies at law or in equity for any claim they may have relating to the conduct of this Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Limit one entry per person, e-mail address, or household, whether submitted by phone, mail, or on-line. If more than one entry is received from any person, e-mail address, or household, all such entries submitted will be disqualified. This Sweepstakes shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law, and submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of the laws of the United States.

2. Eligibility: Participation in this Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Massachusetts, Michigan and Virginia) and the District of Columbia, who are cigarette smokers 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, directors, officers and agents of Sponsor, its parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies, tobacco industry wholesalers, distributors, licensed retailers, Sponsor's advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) or households of any of the above are not eligible to participate or win. This Sweepstakes is void in Massachusetts, Michigan and Virginia, outside the United States and where prohibited by law. Winners of any other of Sponsor's promotions during the last 12 months immediately preceding December 31, 2009 are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes or to win a prize.

3. Drawing: Winners will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible entries timely received from all entry methods combined. The drawing will be conducted on or about March 21, 2010 by Promotion Fulfillment Center, whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning determined by the total number of eligible entries received. Provisional winners will be notified by phone, mail or e-mail on or about March 28, 2010. Prize winners may also be posted on the winner's page of the Website and may be announced by news release. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules.

4. Prizes: The following prizes are available to be won:

One (1) Grand Prize: A six (6) night trip for winner and one adult guest to Maui. Trip includes: round trip first class (if available) airfare for winner and travel companion from a major commercial airport near the winner’s residence to Maui, Hawaii (up to a value of $2,200 per person); one Hyatt Regencey Deluxe Ocean view room for 6 nights ; a prepaid VISA card for meals (up to a value of $500.00 per person; an activities package including: a 65 minute helicopter tour of Maui, Atlantis Submarine Tour, a six hour Sports Fishing Tour, Horseback Riding Tour with lunch; a Zipline tour, and an Adventure Rafting Snorkeling trip. (Winner will charge the preceding activities to their room for payment by the sponsor. Winner will not receive cash reimbursement for any unused activities.) Grand prize also includes ground transportation in Maui, provided as convertible rental car (with tax included). Winner will need to be 25 years old, have a valid drivers license, automobile insurance and a valid major credit card in winner’s name to rent car. If winner is under 25, car rental is subject to policies of the rental companies and additional fees and car rental insurance must be paid by the winner. In the event that winner is not eligible to rent a car, that portion of the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. Trip must be completed by May 31, 2011 or prize will be forfeited. See additional details below. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $12,677.00.

One (1) First Prize: Denon® Home Theatre System S-302 and $476.00 cash, awarded as a check payable to the winner. (ARV: $2,176.00);

Two (2) Second Prizes: Sony® High-Definition HandyCam Camcorder HDR-SR10 and $252.00 cash, awarded as a check payable to the winner. (ARV: $1,152.00/each)

Three (3) Third Prizes: Magellan® Maestro 4370 GPS Navigation System (ARV: $400.00/each).

Four (4) Fourth Prizes: Nintendo® Wii Game Console (ARV: $250.00/each).

Five (5) Fifth Prizes: Sony® Digital Camer DSC-S950 (ARV: $130.00/each)

Ten (10) Sixth Prizes: $50 Visa® Gift Card(ARV: $50.00/each).

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes is $20,507. Limit: One prize per person, email address or household. Regarding the Grand Prize trip: winner's travel companion must be 21 years of age or older at time of trip. Actual value may vary based on point of departure, airfare fluctuations and final trip details. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value of any prize will not be awarded in any form. Gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel expenses and all other expenses not specified herein are the winner’s responsibility. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and must depart from and return to the same airport. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability and some restrictions but trip must be completed by May 31, 2011 or prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be given in lieu thereof. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. Prize winner is responsible for securing all necessary travel documents, including passport. Prize winner and guest may be required to provide a valid credit card at the time of hotel check-in to cover, among other things, incidentals and other expenses not included as part of the prize. Dollar amounts are expressed in U.S. currency. Prizes are non-transferable, and no prize substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the prize or any portion thereof becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All state, federal and local taxes including income taxes on prizes are the winner’s sole responsibility. All prizes will be awarded according to these Rules provided they are claimed in accordance with these Rules. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.

5. General: Grand, First and Second Prize winners and the Grand Prize Winner's travel companion must provide positive identification specified by Sponsor to claim/participate in a prize. Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release without additional compensation (where permitted by law) within seven (7) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. If Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner after two attempts during normal business hours on two consecutive days or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. The Grand Prize Winner's travel companion will be required to sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release within the specified time frame as a condition of participating in prize trip. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize and/or participation in prize constitutes winner’s agreement to hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, employees and agents of each of them (individually and collectively for the purposes of this Paragraph 4, “Sweepstakes Parties”) from and against any injuries, losses or damages arising in any way from or in connection with their participation in this promotion, the acceptance, possession or use, misuse or non-use of the prize, Sweepstakes Parties’ reliance upon their compliance with these rules, or their participation in prize-related activities, and further constitutes winner’s and guest’s agreement that the Sweepstakes Parties may use their names, voices, likenesses and/or biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media worldwide without limitation or additional compensation. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, human or technical error or failure of any kind in the transmission, receipt or processing of on-line entries, or any combination thereof including but not limited to any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes or lost, late, misdelivered, incomplete, or illegible entries. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the on-line portions of this Sweepstakes should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, and to award the prize(s) from among all eligible on-line entries received prior to the time such action was taken. WARNING: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual if such individual tampers with the entry process, or in any way attempts to undermine the integrity and/or proper play of the Sweepstakes.

6. Use of Data: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review Sponsor's privacy policy at www.wavecigarettes.com. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to Sponsor's collection and use of entrant's personal information and acknowledges that entrant has read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy.

7. Removal from mailing list: To have your name and address removed from the “Wave Special Offers” list, call toll free, 866-930-8187, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m., Saturday-Sunday, 8:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. Central Time. Or, go online to www.wavecigarettes.com. Your name and address will be removed from Sponsor’s mailing list within sixty (60) days after receipt of your request at which point no further mailings will be sent to you.

8. Winners List: For the names of the prize winners, send a self-addressed stamped business-size envelope for receipt by April 25, 2010 to: Wave® Hawaiian Getaway Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 5310-W Clinton, IA 52736-5310 or visit the Wave website at www.wavecigarettes.com between March 28, 2010 and April 25, 2010.

9. Trademarks: The owners of the trademarks and registered trademarks Magellan®, Visa®, Nintendo®, Sony® and Denon® are in no way sponsors or endorsees of this Sweepstakes or the Sponsor.
